Most embarrassing : Thrown off train in winter at the Czech border for not having a visa (before being a travel agent!).
Scariest: Riding in a taxi in Bangkok - the driver was watching tv while weaving in & out of traffic at 90km/h.

Coldest place: We camped in -15 degrees in the Andes .
