Adventurous women from around the world are invited to participate in one of the most challenging adventure races in Nepal - To the Top of the World - Nepal Annapurna Range 2010

Join Michelle Wilcox from The Adventure Traveller, her team mates and 44 other Adventurous Women from around the world to compete in Nepal's breathtaking wilderness along 1285 km of challenging on & off road trails, high mountains, roaring rivers and majestic cultures in an experience of a lifetime. WXTrip can be booked exclusively through The Adventure Traveller, who are the General Sales Agent in Australia. This challenge will get plenty of media attention! Do you feel like this challenge? There are only a limited number of places available for the first expedition from 1 to 11 October 2010, however, we are taking bookings for the follow on expeditions as well.

The Concept
The WXtrip Women Adventure Challenge is a unique experience in an exotic destination. The challenge is full of adventure and active components, including off-road riding, trekking, mountain biking and also fully integrates with the local people and different religions. The challenge is an eco-tourism concept with responsibility for nature and the environment. Together with 3 other Australian adventurers you form a team and you struggle against teams from other countries to challenge to a successful outcome with psychological, mental, geographic and cultural boundaries to overcome. The WXtrip International Adventure Challenge will have international press and television reporting on the progress of each International team.  With this is mind, each team can get their own sponsors and align themselves with a charity in Australia to create awareness of a cause close to their hearts.

Community Project
It is not just a race against other international teams, but also to support local projects in Nepal. You play an important role in the refurbishing of schools in remote areas which forms part of the challenge. All this is integrated into the WXtrip challenge.

Winners
It is not a race against the clock. The winning team is chosen by all participants based on performance, personal commitment and the results recorded by the challenge. The winning team will be invited next year as ambassadors to participate in the WXtrip 2011 in Myanmar (Burma).

Costs
The ultimate cost to participate in this international race to the roof of the world is EUR2280 per person (Land only). This includes accommodation, meals, transportation, domestic flights, support teams, guides, entrance fees, gratuities and WXtrip clothing. TIP: Look for sponsors that will assist in your participation fees in exchange for brand awareness or most importantly in support of your local charity as well as supporting the local charity in Nepal.

There are only 8 places left available for Australian participants for this international race, however, you can still take part in the follow on Expeditions should you miss out on the race.
