They have helped me with flights, trains, accommodation, travel insurance, and car hire. Devin really helps cut through the vast amount of options out there and provides me with a small and concise number of options for me to choose from that suit my needs and budget. This means I don’t spend countless hours (which I simply don’t have) searching for myself.

All of this aside, the added value of using an experienced Travel Agent really come to the fore in my recent trip to the US where I was caught in the midst of the developing Covid-19 pandemic.  Devin was in constant communication, both in the lead up and right throughout my trip, providing us with reliable and accurate information on the developing situation which enabled us to make informed and smart decisions. Once the call was made to cut our trip short, Devin moved quickly to secure us alternative flights home and secured us refunds wherever possible.
